Yes! If your venue already has a bar, you can absolutely still hire Pour Behavior—as long as the venue doesn’t have an exclusive partnership with another bartending company. In that case, our Bar Onsite option is the perfect fit.

Nope! A first payment of 50% is due at booking. The remaining payment is due 30 days before your event.

You bring the bottles, we bring the experience. Pour Behavior specializes in dry hire bartending services, giving clients the flexibility to purchase their own alcohol while we handle the bar experience from start to finish. We’ll also provide a customized shopping list based on your guest count, menu, and event details so you know exactly what to buy—without the guesswork.

You bought it, you keep it. Any unopened alcohol remaining after your event is yours to take home at the end of the night. Opened bottles may also be returned when allowed by the venue and applicable regulations. If not, they’ll be handled according to venue policy. We’ll help get everything packed up so your night ends as smoothly as it started.

Absolutely. Pour Behavior is fully licensed and insured, so you can book with confidence and enjoy the party stress-free. We handle the professional details behind the scenes while bringing a smooth, elevated bar experience to your event.

We typically arrive 1–2 hours before service to get everything styled, stocked, and ready to pour. After the event, we usually need about 1 hour for breakdown and cleanup. Our goal is to have everything guest-ready before the first arrival and wrap up smoothly once the last call is made—so you can enjoy the event without lifting a finger.
We require bar service to end 30 minutes prior to your scheduled event end time so our team can complete cleanup and breakdown smoothly.
